described below. In reality, this description is from memory and
these may not be the official meets and bounds of New Jersey
Senate District 23. This describes a large tract of land in the style of
many such claims that define who owns the Northwestern corner of
New Jersey. Beginning on the East shore of the River Delaware,
at a stone placed on the low water mark at the Southern side of the
Washington Crossing Bridge. Thence, East along the Southern side of
County Route 546 to an Intersection with State Highway 31 also known as
the Pennington Circle. Thence, North along the Eastern side of Route 31
a distance to where Route 31 intersects with State Highway 57. Thence,
East along the Southern side of Route 57 to a point where Route 57
ends at the intersection with US ROUTE 46. Thence, West along the
Northern side of Highway 46 a short distance to where Route 46 intersects
with Route 604. Thence, North along the Eastern side of Route 604 to
the Northern border of Warren County. Thence, West along said border
to the Eastern shore of the River Delaware to a stone fixed on the low
water mark. Thence, South along the East shore of the free flowing
River Delaware to the point of Beginning. I hereby invite all towns,
